A soggy salad to go with the leftover butternut squash soup. I didn’t sufficiently dry the lettuce, which was bagged and didn’t need to washed anyway, and also I added too much salt. My sister came over for dinner. She ate the soup but hardly touched the salad. The apples were nice though.
